A reusable vape must have a refillable tank or pre-filled pod system, a rechargeable battery, and a replaceable coil. Customers must also be able to purchase replacement components separately. Any vape that does not meet these conditions—even if it has a USB charging port—will be classified as illegal for sale.
Retailers should transition stock towards compliant products now to avoid disruptions and financial penalties.
