We deliver to all area of Mainland UK. We always endeavour to use couriers that provide value for money, reliability & efficiency. We will continue to monitor this on your behalf.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 4 pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability, security and payments checks. Please ensure the telephone number you provide is correct as we will use this to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipping Methods

All our delivery partners provide full tracking information and estimated delivery windows.

DPD 

We use DPD's pin code delivery for enhanced tracked security for your parcel(s).  You will be sent a pin number by DPD and will need to give it to the courier when they arrive to deliver your parcel(s).  It/They cannot be left in a safe place.  DPD will attempt 2 deliveries and notify you. After that the parcel(s) will be returned to us.  If this happens then we will contact you and delivery will have to be paid again as well as the costs of the parcel(s) being returned to us (yes we get charged for that all over again) So basically double the delivery charge.  

DPD Next Day Service (Mon – Fri delivery) – £10.00 (Up to 20kg)
Next Day Delivery (98% of packages arrive next day) and are fully tracked. This service is for UK mainland addresses only. For some remote locations we may change the delivery method to Royal Mail Tracked Services. Please note this is not guaranteed next day.

UPS

UPS ensures the efficient and secure delivery of your wholesale orders. Leveraging UPS's advanced tracking capabilities, our customers benefit from real-time updates and accurate one-hour delivery windows accessible through the UPS app.

In the unlikely event of an unsuccessful delivery after two attempts, UPS will promptly notify you, and the parcel will be returned to the facility. UPS will then reach out to discuss re-delivery arrangements, involving an additional charge to cover both the delivery and return costs.

For expedited delivery needs, explore the UPS Next Day Service (Mon – Fri delivery) at £10.00 for parcels weighing up to 20kg. Boasting a remarkable 98% success rate in delivering packages the following day, this service is designed to meet the demands of time-sensitive shipments. Please note that this expedited service is applicable exclusively to UK mainland addresses, with the potential use of Royal Mail Tracked Services for remote locations, albeit without a guaranteed next-day delivery.

Weight & Size

If your parcel exceeds weight or size limits imposed on us by our chosen courier service, we reserve the right to send your parcel via an alternative service at no extra charge.
